High Level Games Convention is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of convention participants in any form.
All attendees, guests, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers are expected to abide by these policies throughout the convention and in all convention-related spaces, including online channels and after-hours gatherings.

Be Respectful
Treat fellow attendees with courtesy. Respect boundaries, both physical and emotional. Ask before touching someone or their belongings, and accept "no" gracefully.
No Harassment
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of games or panels; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.
Report Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code of conduct, please notify a convention staff member or visit the registration desk. Staff will take appropriate action to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.
Consequences
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. The convention reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event without refund.
Additional Policies
- Weapons & Props: All LARP weapons and props must be peace-tied and checked at the registration desk. No functional weapons are permitted on the convention floor.
- Photography & Recording: Always obtain explicit consent before photographing or recording any individual. Some LARP events and panels may have additional restrictions.
- Minors: Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Certain late-night LARP events may have age restrictions.
- Alcohol & Substances: The convention follows all venue and local laws regarding alcohol and controlled substances. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
